What wedding planning services do you offer?
We offer full event planning, day-of coordination and styling services. However, each event is unique and we cater our services to the needs of each couple.
What types of weddings do you do?
We do all types of weddings and celebrations: religious, civil, symbolic… we don’t discriminate when we are celebrating love.
What size of events do you usually plan?
We plan events for 10 to 300 people, always with the same intention: to create an intimate and exclusive atmosphere.
Do you offer flexibility in terms of vendors?
We have a network of preferred vendors who share our vision, perfectionism and passion, to meet different budget requirements and different styles. We match the vendors best suited to the needs of the client. We are always open to meet new vendors if clients have their own recommendations, as long as we evaluate them prior to the event to ensure our standards will not be compromised.
How many weddings or events will you coordinate per day?
We only take a limited number of weddings every year, and we only do one wedding or event per day. This is the only way that make sense to ensure that each client receives our full attention.
Will you be present on my wedding day?
Absolutely! Your wedding planner will personally attend your event along with at least one, two or more assistants (depending on the event size).
My venue already has a wedding coordinator, why do I need your help?
Your wedding coordinator at the venue represents the venue, and the venue’s best interest. A wedding planner is someone you hire and is your advocate and represents your best interests. Furthermore, a wedding coordinator at the venue would have minimum involvement with planning the event and the rest of the vendors whereas the wedding planner knows each detail and can assure everything will happen as you envision.
These are two different positions that should not conflict, as they end up complementing each other to provide you with the best day of your life.
How much does it cost to hire your services?
We have a flat rate for our wedding planning service but every event is really unique with different logistics, so the quoted price may be tailored to your needs.
